The question being: "Shall CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 322(FIN) "An Act repealing the requirement that an oil or gas lease sale be held during the calendar quarter for which scheduled under the leasing program and repealing related allowable delays for certain oil and gas lease sales under the Alaska Land Act; and providing for an effective date" pass the Senate?" The roll was taken with the following result: CSSB 322(FIN) Third Reading - Final Passage Effective Date YEAS: 18 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 2 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Donley, Duncan, Ellis, Frank, Halford, Jacko, Kelly, Kerttula, Leman, Lincoln, Little, Miller, Pearce, Phillips, Rieger, Salo, Sharp, Taylor Excused: Adams, Zharoff 1994-03-10 Senate Journal Page 3153 SB 322 and so, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 322(FIN) passed the Senate. Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the vote on the passage of the bill be considered the vote on the effective date clause. Without objection, it was so ordered. Senator Lincoln gave notice of reconsideration.
